Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and raise the standard of quality across NatWest Boxed by developing robust test strategies and scalable automation. You will work in cross-functional, customer-focused squads with product managers, designers and engineers to accelerate value delivery. You’ll lead testing direction and collaborate to embed quality into product decisions. This position combines hands-on test engineering with mentoring and cross-team influence in a modern, cloud-enabled environment.
