Job description

  • Working closely with users and product owners.
  • Implementing automated test strategies and driving debugging and performance optimisation across the stack.

Requirements

In this role developers are expected to apply their foundational programming knowledge, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with development tools in a practical setting. They should be able to write clean, maintainable code under guidance, contribute to tasks within a project, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt. Collaboration with team members and responsiveness to feedback are key traits, as is a growing understanding of software development processes and best practices., * Experience designing and delivering production ready software, taking ownership of work and contributing across the stack where needed.

  • Proficiency in C#
  • Experience working with Git, and Azure or AWS
  • Experience working on and with APIs of various kinds (e.g. REST, GraphQL)
  • Ideal but not essential: experience working with Terraform or CDK
  • Ideal but not essential: experience working with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a commitment to communication, improving team practices, and supporting inclusive collaboration.
