Job description

Contribute to and validate functional analysis; realize IT projects; conduct code reviews and release mgmt. Develop/adapt programs respecting standards; test developments; document work. Maintain and improve applications; handle tickets; correct bugs; analyze root causes; implement improvements. Support users; define availability and response times; elaborate support procedures; measure/report KPIs. Propose improvements; collaborate across IT/business; report status; contribute to meetings; participate in permanences.

Requirements

Degree in IT or equivalent
Senior: 5+ years exp.
