Job description
The role focuses on developing backend services that aggregate and expose citizen data securely, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance., The developer will work in a cloud-native environment, applying best practices such as Domain Driven Design (DDD), microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating closely with architects and teams., * Develop and maintain Java-based backend services.
- Build scalable and performant microservices.
- Work with Spring Boot and modern frameworks.

Requirements
- Experience in Java development (minimum 5 years - Senior level)
- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security) (minimum 5 years)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with Hibernate / JPA / SQL (minimum 3 years)
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
- Relevant education or certification in Java/J2EE
- Dutch language proficiency - CEFR C2 (Mandatory)
- NDA document submission required
Should Have
- Experience leading development teams and coaching developers
- Strong programming skills (coding, testing, debugging)
- Experience with AWS (minimum 1 year)
- Experience with Docker (minimum 3 years)
- Experience with JMeter
- Experience with JUnit / AssertJ (minimum 3 years)
- Experience with OAuth2 / OIDC (minimum 3 years)
- Experience with Postman / Newman
- Experience with SOAP APIs
- Experience with Agile methodologies (lead role preferred)
- Knowledge of mobile application development
