Job description

  • Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (e.g., databases, CRM, web analytics).
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Create insightful visualizations and reports (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into data analysis projects.
  • Develop and implement data quality control measures.
  • Document data processes and analysis methodologies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.Contribute to the development of predictive models and other advanced analytics solutions (depending on the seniority level).

Requirements

Do you have experience in Website analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proven experience as a Data Analyst (X years preferred, adjust based on seniority level).

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools/languages such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy), R, or similar.
  • Experience with Nielsen and Scarborough is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Submit to a criminal background checkLegal right to work in the United States, BA/BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
