Job description

  • Moderation und Steuerung aller Scrum-Events wie Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospektiven und Backlog Refinements
  • Coaching der Teams in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban und Lean-Agile-Prinzipien sowie FĂśrderung von Selbstorganisation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • UnterstĂźtzung der PI-Plannings, Abstimmung teamĂźbergreifender Abhängigkeiten und Zusammenarbeit im Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Beseitigung von Hindernissen, Überwachung agiler Kennzahlen sowie FĂśrderung von Built-in Quality, Test Driven Development (TDD) und Continuous Integration
  • Begleitung der agilen Transformation als Change Agent sowie Schulung von Teams und Stakeholdern in SAFe-Praktiken
  • UnterstĂźtzung bei System Demos, Innovations- und Planungsiterationen (IP Iteration) sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master in skalierten agilen Umgebungen (SAFe)
  • Zertifizierung als Scrum Master sowie gĂźltige SAFe-Zertifizierung sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean-Agile-Methoden sowie im Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Ausgeprägte Moderations-, Coaching- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Change Management
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
