IT Reporting & Documentation Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will transform complex IT and business data into clear, executive-facing communications. You’ll work closely with IT leadership to produce reports and governance documents that support data-driven decision-making. The position blends analytics with storytelling to inform strategic IT messaging and governance. Based in Brussels with a hybrid office setup, you’ll contribute to impactful global IT projects and continuous improvement in IT communications. Pay / Benefits * Create reports, memos and executive-facing documents for senior IT leadership at the group level * Synthesize data from technical, operational, budget and KPI sources and explain underlying calculations * Translate complex IT/operational/financial data into clear, insightful communications for executives * Collaborate with senior IT leadership and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency and impact of reporting and governance documentation * Support data-driven decision making and drive continuous improvement in IT communications and governance * Contribute to governance documentation and strategic messaging across the organization Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * 3-7 years of experience producing executive-level reports, governance documentation, performance reporting or business communications * Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex data and translate findings into executive recommendations * Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills * Experience with Power BI, Excel reporting and dashboard interpretation * Strong understanding of KPI methodologies and performance measurement * Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills * Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables Key requirements * global IT project exposure * collaborative and international environment * continuous learning * professional growth opportunities * hybrid work arrangement
