Data Administrator

Join our client’s team for a temporary role focused on maintaining and enhancing the quality of data within our CRM system. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to data management.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Audit and clean existing CRM records to remove duplicates, correct formatting inconsistencies, and standardise company and job title conventions.
• Validate contact details against reliable sources and update records where necessary.
• Enrich existing contacts using Lusha with missing or outdated information such as email, direct dial, current employer, job title, and LinkedIn profile.
• Review historical project files and correspondence to identify contacts not currently held in the CRM and enter them accurately.
• Maintain a clear log of changes made, sources used, and records requiring review by the wider team.
• Apply consistent data entry standards and escalate ambiguities rather than making assumptions.
• Handle all personal data in line with UK GDPR and internal data protection procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Excel (filtering, sorting, deduplication, basic formulas).
• Good written English and accurate typing skills.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment and manage tasks without close supervision.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience with CRM data cleansing or list building.
• Familiarity with tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar enrichment tools.
