Job description
As our Data Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date and running efficiently. Working closely with different departments, you’ll be responsible for maintaining customer and operational data, supporting reporting, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business., * Maintain and update customer and business databases.
- Process and verify data accurately and efficiently.
- Import, export and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Produce reports and spreadsheets for management.
- Support operational teams with data requests.
- Assist with system updates and data cleansing projects.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data policies.
- General administrative duties as required.
Requirements
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in accuracy., We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration or data entry experience.
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is highly organised with good time management skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Is proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
Experience with CRM systems or booking systems would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
