IT Support Officer (1st & 2nd Line Support)

What You’ll Do

• End-User Support & Incident Management.
• System, Identity, and Cloud Administration
• Operational, Infrastructure & On-Site Support
• Security, Onboarding, and Documentation

• MBO Level 4+ in ICT or related field
• 1-3+ years IT Support/Helpdesk experience
• Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Microsoft 365
• Entra ID / Azure AD
• Microsoft Intune
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi
• IT ticketing systems
• Azure / AWS / Exchange Online
• Hardware and printer troubleshooting
• MFA and endpoint security
• Dutch and English - required
• ITIL/WMS/ERP experience - preferred

Nice to Have

• ITIL Foundation certification or structured service-desk experience.
• Prior experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS) or industrial ERP environments.
• Familiarity with database management concepts and basic analytics platforms (Excel / Power BI).
