Job description
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a team of 1 person. The role is highly cross-functional within a close-knit GPU Cloud team, working closely with engineering (15 people), GTM, Ops, and interacting broadly across Scaleway.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
- Direct the project management of GPU clusters
- Manage and drive suppliers during both project and run phases
- Oversee day-to-day run tracking with the support of dedicated contributors
- Organize interfaces and coordination with other Scaleway departments (hardware, supply chain, data centers)
- Line manage and support a Technical Account Manager (TAM)
- Design and implement the required organization to target autonomy in GPU cluster operations and maintenance
- Handle crisis management situations with manufacturers when SLAs or service commitments are impacted
- Collaborate with key infrastructure and GPU partners (Nvidia, AMD, Dell, HPE, VAST, DDN, Juniper)
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experiences in IT infrastructure project deployment (ideally GPU or HPC cluster deployments)
- Project direction and end-to-end management of complex infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience with vendor and supplier management
- Familiarity with GPU, HPC, and infrastructure ecosystems (Nvidia, AMD, Dell, HPE, VAST, DDN, Juniper)
