Job description

Summary: Network Administrator with expertise in network infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

2+ years of network administration experience
Strong LAN/WAN monitoring and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects concurrently
Knowledge of emerging networking and cybersecurity technologies
Cisco router and switch configuration and support
SonicWall firewall administration, VPN management, and network security
Windows Server and desktop OS installation, maintenance, upgrades
Network traffic analysis and performance optimization
Cybersecurity experience including threat monitoring and incident response
Ubiquiti/UniFi wireless network administration
Hardware support for servers, PCs, printers, label printers

Preferred Skills:

Darktrace security platform experience
Mitel phone system administration and programming
AS400 system knowledge
M3 ERP user administration and support
MPLS and DIA network connectivity management
FTP administration and access control management
