Job description

The Line Lead is responsible for overseeing daily pallet production activities and the entire automated repair line, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met and acts as the main point of contact between supervisors and line employees by providing direction, training, and ongoing support to maintain efficient warehouse operations., * Lead and coordinate pallet production or repair line activities

  • Assign daily tasks and ensure proper staffing on the line
  • Monitor production flow to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Ensure pallets meet company and customer quality standards
  • Enforce safety rules, PPE requirements, and proper equipment use
  • Train new employees on pallet handling, repair standards, and procedures
  • Assist with problem-solving, material flow, and workflow improvements
  • Communicate production issues, shortages, or delays to management
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as tracking counts, downtime, or attendance

Requirements

Are you a natural leader who knows how to motivate and coach a team? Can you delegate responsibilities, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment? Do you have experience working in high-volume production while maintaining strong safety and quality standards?, * Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position., with supervisory experience with emphasis on leadership/coaching, supervision, communication and planning.

  • Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, professional attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual; English/Spanish strongly preferred
