Healthcare Data & Analytics Consultant

The consultant will support baseline performance analysis, KPI development, data-flow assessment, reporting evaluation, and development of analytics recommendations supporting provider enrollment and credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare operational and process data
• Support establishment of baseline performance metrics
• Evaluate existing reporting and analytics capabilities
• Support data and systems-flow analysis
• Identify data-quality and reporting gaps
• Develop KPI definitions and measurement approaches
• Analyze cycle time, volume, touch time, rework, and other operational measures
• Recommend actionable operational dashboards and reporting improvements
• Support development of pilot performance measures and success criteria
• Contribute data-driven findings to future-state recommendations
• Support strategic roadmap and continuous-improvement recommendations
• Prepare clear, client-ready analysis and documentation

• Professional data/analytics experience
• Healthcare analytics or healthcare operations experience
• Strong data-analysis and KPI-development capabilities
• Experience developing operational reporting or dashboards
• Experience translating data into business recommendations
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Healthcare payer/health-plan analytics experience
• Medicaid or government healthcare experience

Engagement Requirements

Applicants must be U.S.-based and able to provide services from within the United States. This is a remote 1099 subcontract engagement.
