Job description
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and software engineers to design features across the Matrix product suite.
- Product Interface Design: Design screens, workflows, and interface components for new and existing features across the Matrix product suite. Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- User Experience Design: Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive workflows that simplify complex justice system processes for our clients.
- Design System Development: Build and maintain a reusable component library, style guidelines, and design standards that keep the product suite visually consistent as it grows.
- Developer Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and business analysts to deliver design specifications, annotated mockups, and production-ready assets.
- Design Review and Iteration: Present design concepts, review implemented features against approved designs, and refine designs through development and testing.

- Thoroughness; eye for detail, * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD).
- Portfolio of design work demonstrating product or application design, required with application.
- Ability to work individually with minimal supervision as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment., * Bachelor’s (Required), * Professional UI/UX design: 3 years (Required)

This person joins a team of talented attorneys, analysts, and client services representatives who work collaboratively with software engineers, product managers, and clients.
