Job description

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for web, API, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, Agile development, and quality engineering practices to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality software delivery., * Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated test suites for web, API, and mobile applications.

Define and implement automation strategies, standards, and best practices.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
Plan and execute regression testing to ensure application stability.
Monitor automation metrics, test coverage, execution speed, and quality trends.
Evaluate and implement new automation tools and frameworks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Test Automation or Software Development in Test (SDET).
Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript, C#, or VBScript.
Hands-on experience with web, API, and mobile test automation.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, SmartBear, or similar GUI automation tools.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Experience with source control systems such as Git, TFS, or SVN.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing Angular web applications.
Experience with modern automation frameworks and scripting technologies.
Experience improving automation infrastructure, scalability, and execution performance.
