Working closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and performance teams, you will develop innovative business intelligence solutions that align with governance, security, and operational standards.

What You’ll Be Doing Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, paginated reports, and data visualisations. Building and optimising Power BI semantic models, datasets, dataflows, and security structures. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective BI solutions. Working with data engineers to design technical solutions and ensure integration with the wider data platform. Supporting the day-to-day management of the Power BI estate, including performance monitoring, workspace administration, and dataset refresh management. Contributing to DevOps processes, deployment activities, version control, and release management. Producing clear documentation, including business requirements, technical designs, user guides, and implementation notes. Why This Role Matters

This role plays a key part in delivering reliable, accessible, and insightful business intelligence across the organisation. By developing high-quality reporting solutions and promoting best practice in data visualisation and analytics, you will help teams make informed decisions, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will also contribute to the evolution of our BI capability and adoption of emerging technologies.

Requirements
