CRM Specialist

Samako is scaling, and we’re looking for a CRM Specialist to help us turn CRM strategy into high-quality campaigns, flows, and customer communications.

You’ll work closely with our CRM Strategy Lead and Retention Manager, helping execute campaigns, manage Klaviyo, test messaging, and keep our CRM calendar running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build, schedule and QA campaigns & flows in Klaviyo
• Turn CRM strategy into clear campaign briefs and content
• Write and refine email copy, subject lines, hooks and CTAs
• Support testing and performance reporting
• Keep campaigns, flows and CRM documentation organized
• Work closely with CRM, retention, design and copy teams
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across communications, You’ll get real ownership, work closely with experienced CRM & retention leaders, and have the opportunity to grow your lifecycle marketing expertise within a fast-growing international DTC brand.

• Has 1-2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or a related field
• Has strong writing skills and great attention to detail
• Is familiar with Klaviyo and Shopify, or learns quickly
• Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Has an eye for detail, design and brand
• Speaks Dutch or German fluently - a big plus
• Has good English communication skills
