CRM Specialist (Retention, Klaviyo, Email)

Polaris Growth is hiring a CRM Specialist to join our team. You’ll work on CRM, retention and Lifecycle strategies for established & fast-growing e-commerce brands.

What you’ll do

• Turn customer data into clear actions and improvements
• Translate strategy into execution (and vice versa)
• Build and optimize flows, campaigns, and pop-ups in Klaviyo
• Run A/B tests and iterate fast
• Work in sprints with your team and clients

• 3+ years experience in email marketing / CRM / e-commerce
• Strong hands-on experience with flows and campaigns
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar tools
• Strong communication skills (Dutch and/or English)
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable owning projects

Nice to have

• Experience with RFM, CLV and loyalty
• Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce knowledge
• Eye for identifying gaps in retention & performance
• Understanding of attribution and margins, * You want to go beyond execution and think strategically
• You enjoy solving problems and improving systems
• You want to grow fast within a strong team
