Test Analyst

Test Analysts play a crucial role in ensuring software quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and validation. This contract role based in London offers the opportunity to contribute to rigorous quality assurance processes, working with cross-functional teams to identify, document and resolve defects before products reach users., * Designing and executing manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality

• Documenting test results, defects and issues using appropriate tracking systems
• Collaborating with developers and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Performing regression testing to ensure fixes and changes do not introduce new issues
• Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices
• Investigating and reproducing reported defects to support resolution
• Maintaining test documentation and evidence of quality assurance activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in software testing, quality assurance or validation
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
