Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will take ownership of the day-to-day management, configuration, and development of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can independently troubleshoot, implement improvements, and ensure the system continues to meet business needs., * Design, build and maintain Salesforce automations, workflows, and system improvements

• Manage users, permissions, reports, dashboards, and overall system configuration
• Act as the main point of contact for system issues, resolving queries and maintaining performance
• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Follow change control processes, ensuring updates are tested, documented, and deployed correctly

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

• Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and exposure to Marketing Cloud
• Ability to work independently and manage system ownership
• Good communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Desirable:

• Salesforce certification
• Experience with integrations or ERP systems
• Background working in multi-site or growing organisations, You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in solving problems independently. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload, and a collaborative approach when working with different teams.
