Job description
We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic bio-tech organization located in the North Shore of MA. This role involves a hybrid work schedule, combining on-site and remote work. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, including bug fixes and configuration work, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and users., * Salesforce Administration: Manage and configure the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, and updates using data loader and other Salesforce tools. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness by managing duplicate records and executing data cleansing activities.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, including security reviews, release management, and system upgrades.
- Process Automation: Develop and implement Salesforce automation solutions using workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline business processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to be in-person, on-site at least 2 days a week is a must.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., SAP or Sitecore) and applications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
