- Experience leading engineering teams or projects, including mentoring, technical guidance, and code reviews.
- Knowledge of modern development practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed, remote-first environment.
