Technical Analyst II

Experteer Overview In this Technical Analyst II role, you support high-impact IT initiatives to improve end-user experience and UI/UX across systems. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document business requirements and user needs for simple projects * Analyze, design, plan, test, and deploy systems software and programs * Provide day-to-day support for complex applications and develop test plans * Train users on new or modified systems * Design, document, and generate reports through report writers or service providers * Understand data flows across applications, software integrations, and Cloud/tiered environments * Apply project management basics and IT lifecycle governance for initiatives Tasks * Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field; or 3-5 years of directly related experience * Knowledge of single application data flows across multiple applications * Experience with software and system integrations; RDBMS principles; SQL queries * Familiarity with tiered environments and disaster recovery * Understanding of IT standards, banking/payment processes, and governance practices * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively * Basic project management methodology experience (agile or waterfall) Key requirements *
