Job description

Build the systems that make safe, global products possible
Work as part of our Platform Engineering team at the intersection of Product and Risk
Craft systems that allow internal teams to ship faster, safer, and smarter
Build foundational services that other teams rely on to launch features across global markets
Design a centralized risk platform that unifies data and decision-making across identity verification, fraud detection, compliance, and more
Accelerate delivery by enabling product teams to launch faster with built-in risk tooling
Empower risk teams with systems they need to assess, respond, and protect without blocking development
Help reduce fraud, improve trust, and scale safely

Requirements

Strong proficiency in backend programming languages like Java, Python, or Go
Experience building high-throughput systems and keeping services fast and reliable
Deep interest in system design and platform thinking
Desire to build meaningful infrastructure that enables others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in fintech or high-trust domains like risk, identity, or compliance is a plus
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka is a plus
