Are you an experienced IT Systems Administrator looking to take ownership of a modern Microsoft environment within a growing financial technology business?

We’re partnering with an innovative investment reporting company that delivers business-critical solutions to asset management firms worldwide. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to become the go-to expert for their internal technology estate.

The Role

You’ll join a collaborative technology team where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of Microsoft 365, Azure, end-user devices, networking, security and IT support. This is a highly visible position where you’ll have genuine ownership, work directly with senior stakeholders and play a key role in strengthening the company’s security and infrastructure.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

• Own and develop the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
• Support ISO 27001 initiatives and strengthen cyber security
• Help drive AI adoption across the business
• Gain exposure to AWS infrastructure
• Work on a broad range of infrastructure, networking and end-user technologies

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience with:

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
• Azure administration
• Windows 11 and Windows Server
• Endpoint management and Microsoft Defender
• Networking, Wi-Fi and firewalls
• IT infrastructure and end-user support
• Information security and ISO 27001
• AI tools that improve IT productivity
