Requirements
- Previous experience working as an IT Systems Administrator, Systems Administrator, IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online and licensing.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace, including user and group administration.
- Knowledge of identity and access management principles.
- Experience supporting Windows and Apple hardware environments.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
- Experience using IT service management or ticketing systems.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity and support operational processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to a range of users.
- Experience working within ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or similar security-focused environments would be beneficial., What you’ll be doingAs an IT Systems Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance and support of a broad range of business systems and SaaS applications. You’ll ensure platforms remain secure, up to date and well configured while maintaining smooth experiences for users across the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for IT requests, troubleshooting issues, managing escalations where appropriate and providing both remote and in-person support. You’ll oversee account provisioning and deprovisioning, user access management, hardware deployment, software licensing and asset management.The IT Systems Administrator will also play an important role in security administration, supporting activities such as multi-factor authentication management, access reviews and account hygiene. Working within an information security framework, you’ll help maintain best practice across systems and processes. A key aspect of the role involves leveraging AI tools
