Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead data governance and data quality initiatives to uphold data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to set policies, standards, and controls for supplier data, and drive process improvements. You’ll oversee data quality, governance documentation, and UAT for data and system implementations, enabling audit readiness and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally to close gaps and support transformation in the supplier data domain. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data governance, data quality, risk, and compliance initiatives to ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment * Define governance policies, data standards, controls, and process improvements with stakeholders * Analyze data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend quality improvements * Establish and monitor DQM controls, metrics, reporting, and remediation activities * Develop and maintain governance documentation, procedures, workflows, and business requirements * Lead UAT, validation, defect resolution, and business readiness for data/system implementations * Manage data collection, sharing, usage, protection, cleaning, and storage processes * Set goals for the data team, monitor execution, and report data quality metrics * Maintain stability of multiple projects with IT development * Provide business requirements to maintain key master data attributes * Review data quality issues and plan corrections * Support leadership initiatives and cross-functional process improvements * Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to strengthen standards for a clean supply chain * Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations regarding data security and integrity * Set expectations for training custodians and data creators * Oversee and manage the data governance team and end-to-end data processes Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field * Expertise in Informatica, Oracle, SQL, Data Bricks, PowerBI and SAP * Expertise in Microsoft Products * 5 years of data domain and business operations experience * 5 years of experience with master data management and data tools * 2 years of supervisory experience * 2 years of experience with Supplier Data * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams * Strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance, GBS, Category Management, and Supplier Relations Key requirements * paid time off * medical coverage * dental coverage * vision coverage * retirement savings plans * bonus or incentive plan
