Job description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of clinical, IT, and business transformation initiatives. This is a fixed term role for 12months.
The role prioritises EMR implementation across NHS Trust sites, alongside clinical innovation, IT modernisation, cybersecurity, and ISO27001 readiness. You will work across internal teams, NHS partners, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions., * EMR / Clinical Systems Implementation (Primary Focus)
- Lead delivery of EMR implementations across DaVita UK clinics.
- Work with clinical teams, NHS stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with NHS standards and data protection.
- Manage design, testing, rollout, training, and go-live.
- Track risks, dependencies, and multi-site delivery challenges.
- Clinical & Digital Innovation Projects
- Deliver clinical transformation initiatives, including MEG rollout.
- Align solutions to improve patient outcomes and clinical workflows.
- Support pilots, adoption, and scaling of new technologies.
- IT Infrastructure, Security & Compliance Transformation
- Manage the delivery of IT transformation projects including:
- Domain migration
- Network upgrades
- Security initiatives
- Provide project governance, planning, and coordination, working through in-house IT teams and/or delivery partners.
- Lead ISO27001 readiness and preparation, including gap assessments, policy development, and coordination with internal teams and external parties.
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and communications to ensure minimal disruption and strong service continuity.
- Business & Corporate Systems Transformation (Including Finance)
- Deliver business transformation projects (e.g. finance systems and reporting).
- Gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and manage vendors.
- Support procurement and act as liaison across business, IT, and suppliers.
- Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Engage senior leadership, clinical, IT, finance, NHS partners, and suppliers.
- Provide updates via reports, governance forums, and meetings.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and budgets.
Requirements
- Experience delivering digital transformation / multi-workstream projects.
- Strong PM skills (PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid).
- Experience in EMR/EPR, business analysis, vendor and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder communication across technical and clinical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- NHS / healthcare experience
- EMR/EPR delivery across NHS Trusts
- Knowledge of NHS IG, clinical systems, ISO27001/security frameworks
