Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading security Systems business, managing complex security projects within CCTV, Access control and Networking from planning through to successful delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in integrated security systems, stakeholder management and commercial project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects with values exceeding £1m, taking responsibility for budgets, schedules and delivery.
- Manage vendors, subcontractors and project teams to ensure quality, cost and programme targets are met.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Produce and maintain RAID logs, project dashboards, commercial reports and change control documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Troubleshoot project challenges and develop contingency/fallback solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with governance, compliance and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects within a corporate/enterprise security environment.
- Experience delivering projects valued at £1m+.
- Strong understanding of integrated physical and electronic security systems.
- Good knowledge of IT, networking and M&E infrastructure within enterprise security environments.
- Strong commercial and contract management experience.
- Confident managing complex stakeholders, clients and suppliers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experience within a security integrator or client-side corporate security environment is highly desirable., * Security Systems: 5 years (preferred)
