Job description

Are you an Embedded Security Project Manager based in London looking for your next opportunity? As an Embedded Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security integration projects across commercial, residential, and critical infrastructure environments, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers., * Lead the full project lifecycle for embedded security installations, from initial design review and procurement through to commissioning and client handover.

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance, identifying and mitigating risks to programme delivery.
  • Coordinate and direct site teams, subcontractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure work is carried out safely and in line with project specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication on project progress, changes, and key milestones.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation including programmes, risk registers, RAMS, and progress reports.
  • Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety legislation, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the security or fire and security industry, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedded security systems including CCTV, access control, intruder detection, and integrated solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and subcontractor procurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at client and director level.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • SMSTS or PRINCE2/PMP qualification (desirable).
