Requirements

2+ years in Reliability Engineering / SRE / Operations / Application Support
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Hands-on incident, problem and change management
Experience in DevOps teams
Understanding of application architecture, APIs and distributed systems
Experience with monitoring/observability, e.g.:
Splunk
Azure Monitor
AppDynamics
Similar tooling
Ability to identify structural improvements and automation opportunities
Strong English communication
Proactive, analytical and ownership-driven mindset, * ITIL4 certification
Banking / financial-services experience
Crisis-management experience
Production verification / release validation
Automation
Observability and alerting improvements
