• Cycle to work scheme, Here at GXO, we’re looking for an AI Deployment Lead to execute the rollout and adoption of enterprise and corporate-facing AI tools across GXO’s office-based and functional environments. This role focuses on deployment execution, user enablement, training, and change management to ensure AI tools are adopted effectively and deliver measurable business value. This is a full-time permanent position, offering remote working with occasional travel to our head-office in Northampton. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. However, some flexibility is required, as you will be working with various time-zones. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £57,120 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead the successful deployment of AI tools across the business, managing the journey from readiness assessments and implementation through to go-live, user adoption, and ongoing support
• Partner with AI, IT, Security, Change, and Business teams to coordinate deployment activities, manage dependencies, and ensure a seamless rollout experience.
• Drive user enablement and adoption, creating engaging training programmes, guidance materials, and communication plans tailored to different functions and user groups.
• Champion change management and continuous improvement, helping colleagues embrace AI-powered ways of working while identifying opportunities to enhance deployment and adoption approaches.
