Job description
As an experienced digital health product leader, you will serve as Product Owner for innovative solutions within the Fertility Therapeutic Area.
You are accountable for translating business, medical, patient, and user needs into scalable, high-impact digital health solutions that address meaningful patient and healthcare professional needs. Operating within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, you combine strategic thinking with strong execution ownership across the full solution lifecycle, from concept and value definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
You shape the therapeutic area digital health roadmap, define solution value propositions and target outcomes, and support business case development, ensuring solutions are user-centric, compliant, and aligned with IH&M and Therapeutic Area priorities.
Working closely with Core Team Leads, UX, engineering, delivery teams, and business stakeholders, you drive effective prioritization, implementation, validation, and continuous evolution of digital solutions while balancing user value, business impact, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
- You drive the delivery of differentiated user-centric and value-driven digital health solutions that address meaningful patient and HCP needs across the IVF ecosystem.
- You shape the digital health roadmap and product strategy, ensuring alignment between therapeutic area priorities, solution value propositions, development decisions, and measurable impact.
- You own product prioritization and backlog management, making clear, value-based trade-offs across user needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and compliance.
- You translate digital health concepts into scalable solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and continuously optimizing products to maximize adoption, engagement, and long-term impact.
- You drive continuous learning and improvement, using user feedback, product performance, and real-world insights to evolve solutions and demonstrate value.
Requirements
- A university degree in Life Sciences, Digital Health, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).
- 7+ years of working experience in a related field.
- You bring proven experience in digital health product management, including product definition, backlog management, software development lifecycle, and solution delivery within regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health-tech environments.
- You translate complex business, medical, patient, and user needs into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, and you are confident making value-based prioritization decisions across user impact, technical feasibility, and compliance.
- You have a strong user-centric mindset and a solid understanding of patient and healthcare professional needs and engagement principles in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
- You bring excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively across UX, engineering, data, commercial, medical, and vendor teams to translate needs into feasible digital solutions.
- You have working knowledge of regulated digital health environments, including data privacy, quality, cybersecurity, and relevant regulatory expectations.
- You have strong communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and practical experience managing external vendors and digital solution delivery partners.
- Familiarity with the IVF ecosystem, Women’s Health, or adjacent healthcare domains is a plus and will strengthen your application.
