Data Lake Program Manager

Lead a strategic enterprise data lake initiative built within Databricks

Facilitate conversations across business and technical stakeholders to align on program goals and direction

Drive governance, planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination

Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks

Partner with data engineering, business, and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery

Communicate program status, priorities, and strategic updates to stakeholders

Help establish processes and frameworks that support future AI platform initiatives

Ensure internal data sources are consolidated and integrated into a scalable data architecture

Drive decision-making and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams

5+ years of Program Management experience leading enterprise data initiatives

Experience driving large-scale Data Lake implementations

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Proven ability to facilitate discussions, align cross-functional teams, and drive strategic decisions

Strong project/program management fundamentals including governance, risk management, and planning

Ability to influence stakeholders and hold teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships

Experience working with technical and business teams simultaneously

Strong understanding of data management concepts and enterprise data ecosystems Databricks experience

AI/ML platform implementation experience

Data warehouse, data engineering, or cloud data platform background

Experience preparing organizations for AI adoption through centralized data strategies

Agile program management experience

Experience establishing data governance frameworks
