Requirements

Experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functionsExperience managing, * 3+ years of experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functions.

  • Experience managing large, complex projects consisting of internal/external resources and labor/non-labor cost components.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management best practices including Waterfall, Agile, and SDLC methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and lead diverse project teams.
  • Proven ability to engage executive sponsors and key stakeholders with clarity and precision.
  • Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning.
  • Strong business process analysis and process mapping skills.
  • Experience implementing change management approaches to support projects.
  • Experience assisting with development, training, and assignment of project team members.
  • Familiarity with the Energy industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 hours of PMM training prior to assuming the role.
  • 20 hours of ongoing professional training per year.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Agile certifications such as PSM or PSPO are a plus.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus.

Benefits & conditions

$40 - $60 an hour - Contract
