Job description

This role goes beyond traditional website maintenance. You will be responsible for designing and building internal tools, databases, and web-based systems that directly improve operational performance across the company., * Design and develop internal web applications that support operations and production workflows

Design, implement, and maintain relational databases and data structures
Build backend services, APIs, and system integrations
Support and extend existing platforms (Wix, WordPress, GoHighLevel) where needed
Develop internal dashboards, tools, and automation systems
Ensure security, performance, and scalability across applications
Document systems and maintain clean, maintainable codebases

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web applications?, The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both front-end and back-end systems, understands data modeling and system design, and can independently deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions., * 5+ years of professional web development experience

Strong backend development and database design experience
Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Experience building full-stack web applications using modern frameworks
Strong front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Ability to independently design systems and execute end-to-end development
Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PHP, Node.js, or Python
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Experience building internal tools, admin dashboards, or automation systems
Understanding of authentication, permissions, and data security principles
Experience in fast-paced, execution-driven environments, * How many years of professional web development experience do you have?
