Job description

We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer to support website development, internal tools, and business systems across the company.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their development career who wants real-world experience working on live systems, web applications, automations, and operational tools in a fast-paced environment.

You will work alongside leadership and production teams to help build, maintain, and improve company platforms and internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of internal web applications and tools
  • Support website updates and functionality improvements across platforms including WordPress, Wix, and GoHighLevel
  • Help build and maintain APIs, automations, and backend integrations
  • Work with databases and assist with organizing and managing application data
  • Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and system errors
  • Assist with dashboard creation, reporting systems, and workflow improvements
  • Write clean, organized, and maintainable code
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

Do you have experience in PHP?, * 1-3 years of web development experience or strong project-based experience

  • Basic understanding of front-end development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with React, Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies
  • Understanding of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress, Wix, or GoHighLevel
  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or version control systems
  • Basic understanding of hosting environments, deployment, or cloud platforms
  • Experience building personal, freelance, or school-based development projects
