Telecom Deployment Project Manager - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Deployment Project Manager to oversee complex Equipment, Furnish & Installation (EF&I) projects within customer networks. This role will be responsible for managing telecom deployment projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing telecom infrastructure projects, field deployments, third-party installers, and technical teams. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills., * Manage medium to large-scale telecom deployment projects with moderate to high complexity.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, operations teams, vendors, and field installation partners.
• Manage third-party installers and technicians during onsite implementation activities.
• Review project scopes of work and translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Track project financials, costs, schedules, and quality objectives.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Support customer meetings, project reviews, and deployment activities.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced technical environment.

• 4+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience managing telecom, networking, or infrastructure deployment projects.
• Experience coordinating field technicians, contractors, or third-party installers.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools., * Telecom industry experience (fiber optics, optical networks, routing/switching, or carrier networks).
• Experience with Equipment, Furnish & Installation (EF&I) projects.
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and external customers.
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
