Job description
- Translate DRAM product requirements into scalable, cost-effective thin-film process solutions
- Develop, optimize, and characterize thin-film deposition processes for advanced DRAM technologies
- Identify and resolve process defects, yield issues, and reliability risks using data-driven methods
- Design and implement DOE, analyze results, and communicate technical recommendations
- Partner with equipment and materials suppliers to evaluate new tools and chemistries
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, including effective use of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
Requirements
- PhD or MS or equivalent experience with 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Strong foundation in process science, including reaction engineering, thermodynamics, transport phenomena, or plasma science
- Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing experiments, including DOE
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across multi-functional teams
- Demonstrated interest in using AI, machine learning, data science, or digital tools to improve engineering workflows and accelerate innovation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in thin-film deposition processes and tool parameter optimization
- Experience supporting DRAM, HPCMOS, and/or EUV-enabled technologies
- Hands-on experience with materials and surface characterization techniques such as XPS, AFM, XRD, AES, EBSD, or SIMS
