Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant

We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant who can blend solution architecture with hands-on Salesforce configuration and delivery. This person will serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with clients and internal teams to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions in a managed services environment., * Design and deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Permission Sets, Connected Apps, and other declarative tools.
• Lead solution design, integrations, testing, and QA.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Document solutions, communicate proactively, and thrive in an agile environment.

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar).
• Strong Sales Cloud expertise with hands-on configuration experience.
• Integration experience is required.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tools is a plus.
• Experience in managed services (not just implementation projects).
• Financial Services and/or B2B Technology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
