Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Connecticut. This is a W2 Contract position offering both onsite and hybrid work arrangements., * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

• Support process improvement initiatives and data analysis efforts
• Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Assist in testing and validating solutions against business requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
