Junior Data Analyst

We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team and build foundational skills in reporting, data cleaning, and business analysis under the guidance of experienced analysts. Responsibilities

• Pull and organize data from spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools
• Support the creation of routine reports and simple dashboards
• Perform basic data cleaning and quality checks
• Assist senior analysts with larger analytical projects
• Document steps taken to produce reports for repeatability
• Flag data inconsistencies to the appropriate team
• Attend team meetings to understand business context behind requests

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent coursework/experience
• Basic Excel skills required; SQL exposure a plus
• Strong willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Careful, detail-oriented approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback
