IT Data Analyst

IT Data Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft 365 Data Security, We are seeking an IT Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data governance within Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365. This role will analyze business data, develop dashboards, improve data quality, and help ensure compliance with Microsoft 365 security standards., Analyze and report on data from Microsoft Dynamics and related business systems.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Partner with business teams to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights.

Monitor data quality and resolve data integrity issues.

Support Microsoft 365 data governance and security, including Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention policies, audit logs, and eDiscovery.

Maintain documentation for reporting, data governance, and security processes.

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, MB-920, SC-400, or SC-200.

Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, or Power Apps.

Background in finance, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, or supply chain operations.
