Windows Systems Administrator

• Administers and sustains Windows server and workstation environments and supporting platforms (email, storage, databases, and hardware) to maximize availability and utilization.
• Supports LAN/WAN operations in alignment with CIO, communications, and information security policies.
• Assesses proposed operating changes for impact to network and system performance.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex system and network performance issues using advanced network analysis tools, applying logic and cost/benefit tradeoffs to select and implement solutions.
• Delivers customer-focused support in multi-system/multi-application environments and communicates technical procedures clearly to technical and non-technical audiences., B&A has launched several programs to focus on employee engagement, wellness, and assistance. These include:

• Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience, * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
