UX/UI Designer

• Turn business and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs.
• Plan and support user research, usability testing and design validation.
• Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile using Figma.
• Build and maintain reusable components, design systems and clear developer hand-off documentation.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery and iteration.
• Review implemented interfaces for visual accuracy, accessibility and usability.
• Present design decisions clearly and respond constructively to feedback.

Bharat Digital Limited is looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to create clear, accessible and effective digital experiences for websites, web applications and client products. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our London office., * A strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX/UI work and your design reasoning.

• Professional experience designing responsive websites, web applications or digital products.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout and prototyping.
• Good understanding of interaction design, information architecture, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility principles and inclusive design.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS is useful, but this is primarily a design role.
