Job description

Leeds is a thriving hub for tech and digital innovation, and at Khedemni Digital Solutions Ltd, we apply that same energy to high-performance web engineering. We build enterprise-grade software that is fast, reliable, and effortless to use. We believe that modern web applications should seamlessly balance complex backend architecture with smooth user experiences. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can take true ownership of our modern JavaScript ecosystem. You aren’t just writing code; you are shaping software architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between front-end interfaces, backend microservices, and modern cloud infrastructure. You are the builder who turns ambitious product ideas into scalable reality.

Why Work With Us?

  • The Environment: Located in the heart of Leeds, our office environment fosters collaboration, focus, and continuous learning-complete with high-performing workstations and fresh coffee.
  • Engineering Maturity: We don’t need to be convinced that clean code and good architecture matter. We prioritize test coverage, code reviews, and robust CI/CD pipelines from Day 1.
  • Modern Stack: We work primarily with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud services, ensuring our software remains modular and efficient.
  • Growth: You will have access to learning resources and technical development opportunities to keep your engineering skills at the leading edge., * System Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices across the entire stack.
  • End-to-End Development: Lead feature development from concept and RESTful API design through to React components and production deployment.
  • Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code (unit and integration tests) to ensure reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product owners to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Technical Rationale: Present your technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining the “why” behind your engineering choices.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Developer, or Web Developer working across both front-end and back-end architectures.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and relational/non-relational databases (such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
  • Tooling: Demonstrated hands-on experience with REST APIs, Git version control, and CI/CD development pipelines.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (C1/Native equivalent) for technical documentation, team standups, and client interactions.
  • Mindset: You are a pragmatic problem solver who balances architectural elegance with shipping business-critical features on time.
