About the company

Birmingham is known for its engineering heritage and digital transformation, and at HomeSite Property & Technology Solutions Ltd, we apply that same standard of craftsmanship to modern PropTech. We build enterprise-grade property platforms that make complex real estate workflows feel completely effortless. We believe that property management software shouldn’t feel clunky or outdated. We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can take true ownership of our digital infrastructure. You aren’t just writing code; you are shaping technical strategy and user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers, bridging the gap between intricate database systems and responsive, high-performing user interfaces. You are the builder who turns ambitious ideas into scalable, production-ready software.

Why Work With Us?

  • The Environment: Located in the heart of Birmingham’s thriving tech hub, our modern workspace is built to encourage collaboration, focus, and innovation.
  • Engineering Culture: We don’t need you to convince us that clean architecture and automated testing matter. We know they do. You will have a voice in key technical and architectural decisions from Day 1.
  • Modern Stack: We work with modern web ecosystems-leveraging React, Node.js, and cloud architecture to deliver fast, reliable services.
  • Growth: Continuous learning is built into our DNA, with dedicated support for technical certifications, training, and developer conferences.
