Systems Analyst

Are you an experienced Systems Analyst who loves solving problems, improving processes, and turning business needs into great technology solutions?

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical and confident Systems Analyst to join the teams behind The Fine Cheese Co. and Artisan Biscuits - two established and growing names in the artisan food industry. This is more than a systems support role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our businesses work, influence change and make a visible impact across our systems, processes and technology.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyse and improve IT systems and programme processes.
• Turn business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and external IT partners.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design and testing.
• Identify and resolve system issues and defects.
• Support system enhancements and business change.
• Create documentation and deliver training where required.
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve.

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT and systems project management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with process mapping and improvement.
• A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
• Confidence to work independently and challenge when needed.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with ERP/Tropos, Gold Vision CRM or Magento 2 would be a bonus.
