Systems and Costings Administrator

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product and costing information within JD Edwards (JDE) and supporting business reporting activities. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing product costings and costing analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Maintaining product master data within JDE, including product pricing, raw materials, packaging specifications, and finished goods records.
• Creating, updating, and managing Bills of Materials (BoMs) to ensure production and costing data remains accurate.
• Supporting new product introductions by ensuring all required system set-up activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and NPD teams to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Producing and maintaining weekly management information, including sales, operational, cascade, and material variance reporting.
• Supporting reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement projects across the Finance function.

• Using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Working with ERP or multi-cost centre accounting systems.

It would be advantageous if you have experience of:

• JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Product costing and cost control processes.
• Inventory management and product master data maintenance., * How many years’ experience do you have working within a manufacturing, food manufacturing, or high-volume production environment?
